Snapshots from a terrific Women's Practice at Shotokan Ohshima Dojo. Local members Kirsten, Amy, and Justice flew down to train with over 40 members of SKA from the US and Canada. We had tea with Ohshima Sensei in the afternoon. Both days, we received great instruction about making our techniques with no power. Plus, lots of kicks and kumite practice!

It was a great weekend of sisterhood, camaraderie, and learning.
