The team traveled up to Everett, WA to compete on
The RCMT fighters stood out at the event as some of the most composed and technical of the bunch.  But at the end of the day, we all want to take home the W.  That’s what makes the highs feel so high in fighting - two people pour their heart and soul into preparation, leave it all in the ring, but only one gets their hand raised.
We stepped up and took on some tough matchups because real fighters fight.  It was a tough night going 1-3 overall.  No excuses, we’re back in the gym this week prepping for the next event.

Jen has over a decade of experience working with people from all walks of life. Some of her credentials include the following:
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
- FRC & Kinstretch Certified
- FRS, DNS, & Animal Flow Certified
Jen has a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions, and can relay that information in a relatable and applicable way.
Whether you’re struggling with nagging joint pain, want to better understand how to improve your range of motion, or just want to move your body in general, this workshop is for you!
