This year, a project has been underway to replace the decks on two boardwalks on the Luce Line Regional Trail between 13th Avenue N. and West Medicine Lake Drive in Medicine Lake and Plymouth.

The wooden boardwalks are being replaced because they reached the end of their useful life. The new permanent decking on the east boardwalk was installed this spring.

The west boardwalk is closed beginning September 8 so that crews can complete the redecking project. The boardwalk will need to be closed for approximately two weeks for the work to be completed.

Off-leash areas are designated sites where dogs can run and interact with other dogs. The exercise and socialization a dog gets during this off-leash play time helps maintain their mental and physical health.

Dog off-leash areas at Three Rivers include both fenced and unfenced off-leash areas where your dog can run. You won't have to wonder if your furry friend is having fun. That wagging tail says it all.

Dog off-leash area passes are required to use dog off-leash areas. Passes are valid at all Three Rivers dog off-leash areas. threeriversparks.org/DogOffLeash
