Leading will challenge you on every level. It will bring up all your self-doubts, your insecurities, and fears.

Yesterday an older man walked into the studio at a time where I am never there. We started talking and he shared he’s a retired professor who taught on entrepreneurship.

I asked him, ‘How can I help you?’

And this is exactly what he said to me ….”You have an empire here. I can feel it. And as you rediscover and discover parts of yourself, everything will grow.“

As he left he said…”and be truthful in your work and make sure you are enjoying what you are doing.”

Well hot damn that hit me. This man was such a gift and told me exactly what I needed in that moment.

Oh, and ps I am so grateful for the team I have…couldn’t do it without their support ❤️
