Motor City Monsters IV is coming back to REDEFINE REAL ESTATE | MICHIGAN in Plymouth on October 10, 2026.

What started as a crazy idea a few years ago has grown into one of our community’s favorite weekends of the year - athletes, volunteers, spectators, sponsors, friends, family, and a whole lot of strongman shenanigans.

Whether you’ve competed before, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines, or are thinking about jumping in for the first time, we’d love to have you be part of it.

This Sunday Strength for Life MI is holding their first Community Lift event at DMG - a free, welcoming community gym event open to everyone.

Bring a friend, or come on your own. No pressure, no competition, and no expertise needed. Just an opportunity to move a little, meet some new people, and spend time with others who are looking for connection and community.

Looking to improve your squat, bench, or deadlift? Curious about powerlifting but not sure where to start?

This Saturday, Detroit Barbell and Stephanie Manza Marsh will be at Detroit Muscle Gym teaching a Powerlifting Seminar benefiting HopeKids, Inc. / Relentless Minnesota .

They’ll cover the basics of the lifts, training, form, competition rules, and plenty of Q&A. Whether you’re interested in competing someday or just want to get stronger and move better, all experience levels are welcome.

$25 donation, with all proceeds going to HopeKids.
