From sports performance to group fitness, we help you reach your goals. Private instruction offers individual attention and high-quality training. It's the depth of this training that makes the difference. It's an opportunity to drive development toward being a complete athlete and teammate. Each session is an hour long unless stated otherwise.

💙 Every kid deserves a place to move, play, and belong. 💙

At A2Z Sports Training, we work with kids of all abilities, including children with special needs and different abilities. 🙌

Our coaches meet each child where they are. Some kids are just learning to catch a ball. Some are working on listening, taking turns, or joining a group for the first time. Every win counts here, and we celebrate them all with plenty of high fives!

🏃 What kids work on: coordination, balance, movement skills, games, following directions, and confidence

Two ways to join:
📅 Homeschool PE group classes, Mondays and Fridays at 10 AM
🤝 Private or semi-private sessions, one on one with a coach or together with a friend or sibling, at a pace that fits your child

👨‍👩‍👧 For kids who need extra support, we start with one private session so our coach can get to know your child and set them up to succeed in a group. We also ask a parent or caregiver to stay during class. You know your child best, and having you there helps them feel safe while our coaches lead the fun.

Upper-body med ball tosses build explosive power, strengthen the core, and teach athletes to generate force fast. Perfect for harder passes, stronger finishes, and better overall performance.

Great Drill for improving acceleration 🚀

Starting a sprint flat on the stomach (prone start) is one of the most effective ways to teach acceleration mechanics naturally.

Why it works:

- Forces aggressive acceleration angles: Most young athletes stand completely upright within their first two steps, killing horizontal drive. Starting on the turf forces positive shin angles and keeps their torso low driving through the ground.

- Eliminates false steps: From a dead stop on the floor, there is zero room to rock back or take a wasted stutter step. Every ounce of energy has to push straight backward to propel forward.

- Builds ground-to-feet quickness: Sports aren't played in a vacuum. Diving for a loose ball, making a tackle, or scrambling after a rebound requires getting off the ground and hitting top gear instantly.

- Pure power production: Without momentum to rely on, the body has to recruit the hips, glutes, and core to explode out of the hole.

Reactive Pocket Movement + Cognitive Load + Hand Target
Purpose 🙌

Train the quarterback to process multiple inputs under pressure while staying in the pocket, keeping eyes downfield, and delivering an accurate throw. The athlete must react to a directional cue, verbally process and call out numbers given by the receiver, track a moving hand target, and still throwing an accurate pass. This builds the dual-task ability required in games: process information, move the feet, maintain vision, and execute.
