CONSISTENCY and VARIATION

CONSISTENCY, no matter what you are trying to do in the gym, build mass, loss weight, etc consistency is the number one thing. Making sure that you are in the gym working toward your goal all the time. It doesn’t have to be 5-7 days a week but consistently getting 3 days a week focused on your goals will be the dividing factor between you and the others!

VARIATION, not always repeating the same workout for weeks on end is as important at consistency. When repeating the same thing over and over you will reach a point where you plato. Creating news ways to stimulate whichever muscle group you are working is important. With that said their are you primary lifts but all of these lifts have variations that will keep your mind and body guessing and in a constant state of shock and growth.
