The research is catching up! We kinda have known it all along 💫✨ pro tip: Pilates teaches breathe, the first fundamental of the method, so make sure your instructors are fully certified and teach it! Breathe work is a huge part of lowering stress/cortisol/inflammation which leads to a healthier state of being!

👀 Advanced Level Flow class recap ✨ Advanced is where autonomy in your practice comes to life! Clients know the names of exercises, so set ups and transitions are quicker and more of the work can be done! Advanced exercises are introduced (hellooo standing splits) but everything is still leveled up. Fear not an Advanced class if you’ve been coming a year and ready to try!
