Behind the scenes, our head trainers spend countless hours mapping out each month of TriCore programming.
Every format, piece of equipment, and movement has a purpose. Each workout is built from decades of combined experience and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
Hereās what that actually means:
ā Zero Burnout: We program assuming members will attend 4ā5 times per week, so balance matters. We pay attention to what was programmed the day before and even the week prior. Some days are more cardio driven, some are strength focused, and the formats constantly rotate to keep your body challenged without running you into the ground.
ā Never Boring: Between different equipment, programming styles, and thousands of exercise variations, things stay fresh. You will see some movements repeated though, and thatās intentional. Repetition builds confidence, improves technique, and helps you get stronger over time.
ā Built for Everyone: We write a strong baseline program, but every movement should be adjustable for beginners while still being challenging for advanced clients. In our teacher training, we spend a lot of time teaching coaches how to use exercise variables to scale workouts in both directions. If something doesnāt have a clear purpose or canāt be scaled safely for different fitness levels, it doesnāt make the cut.
And yes, when you look at the board for the day, we fully expect a little bit of dread š But youāll walk out feeling accomplished, stronger, and proud of what your body can do.
