We had an amazing time leading a self-defense class in support of a wonderful boys charity — teaching confidence, awareness, discipline, and real-life skills that go far beyond the mat.

Watching these young men learn, grow, and encourage each other was truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped make a positive impact. 👊🖤

It’s that time of year again! Year No. 8!

HELP THOSE IN NEED!!

For the past 8 years, BlakSteel Fitness has teamed up with the creator of the Arizona Tennis Classic to give deserving families a Thanksgiving dinner. How do we find deserving families? Easy! We take high performing students at low performing schools and reward their diligence and hard work. It is our goal to empower these young students by allowing them to be a provider for their families and teaching them that hard work does pay off.

Background
These students are part of the Career Concepts for Youth program. This year we will be selecting 75 students from Gateway Elementary School. It has been our pleasure to reward these young students over the past few years.

What Can You Do?
This year we are opening this function to the family. We provide dinners from our neighborhood Safeway Grocery at 3132 E. Camelback Road. Simply go to the deli counter and place an order under BlakSteel Works program. The dinners are preselected to include a cooked turkey, 2 veggies, stuffing, dinner rolls, and dessert. More than enough to feed a family of five. Once your order is placed, simply walk to the register and pay. That’s it!
*If you are unable to make it to Safeway but would like to donate, you can Venmo or Zelle us and we will purchase the meal(s) for you. Contact us for payment details. Deadline to order is Monday, November 24! We look forward to your support in this endeavor. Thank you in advance!
