Great educational event being put on by our sister studio Bug Out Training on Saturday morning. Come grab some coffee and some nuggets about the pelvic floor.

Pelvic Floor 101: Love Your Body from the Inside Out is happening this Saturday, the 14th!

Join us for a short, co-ed educational session led by Dr. Stephanie Perez, Physiotherapist of Empowered Wellness, designed to help you better understand pelvic health, core connection, and everyday movement.

💪 Optional Strength Workout: 9:00 – 9:45 AM
🧠 Educational Session: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
📍 Bug Out Training – 3021 Pelham Pkwy, Ste B

👉 Registration requested (but not required)

👉 Optional strength workout is $10 with a $5 spot reservation deposit
