Many of our members have reached out over the past few weeks with messages, stories, hugs, tears, and memories about REV. To be completely honest, I never realized just how much this little studio meant to so many people.
What I’ve come to understand is that REV was never just a place to work out.
It became a place where friendships were built, confidence was found, stress was released, goals were achieved, and people showed up for themselves over and over again. For many of us, it became part of our routine, our identity, and even a second home.
And while the studio chapter in Palmyra may be ending, my biggest concern is not the building.
It’s YOU.
It’s making sure you don’t lose the momentum you’ve worked so hard to build.
Because here’s the truth: health isn’t something we make room for only when life is perfect.
Life is never perfect.
There will always be vacations, holidays, celebrations, busy seasons, family commitments, work deadlines, and mission trips.
Health is built by finding ways to stay consistent through real life.
And I know firsthand how quickly fitness can decline when we stop showing up. Missing one week of REV always humbled me. Every time I came back from vacation and taught my first class, I was reminded very quickly that momentum matters.
So don’t do it.
Don’t lose the strength you’ve built.
Don’t lose the confidence you’ve gained.
Don’t lose the habits you’ve worked so hard to create.
