Fair season is here, which means that Twindly Bridge Robotics is once again hosting Tech Day @ the Alaska State Fair!

Stop by the Events Hall on Sunday, August 30th for a day of robotics fun! We’ll have all sorts of robotics and tech demos available to try—including tabletop soccer robots, Lego derby race cars, 3D printing demonstrations, and more! In addition, our competitive robotics teams will be available to answer questions about FIRST in Alaska—Alaska’s competitive robotics program!

So, come drive a robot, learn about STEM, and check out all of the cool things that Twindly Bridge Charter School has to offer for robotics! Hope to see you there 👋🤖

Thank you so much to the team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson - JBER for inviting us to Arctic Thunder 2026 and for making it such a great event! We had so much fun sharing our robots with everyone—and look forward to doing it again at Arctic Thunder 2028!🤖✈

We would also like to give a big thank you to EOD for taking the time to explain how their Explosive Ordinance Disposal Robots work—and even letting us drive it! It was an amazing opportunity for our FTC students to learn about how the skills they're learning in FIRST can be applied in real-world settings.

Thank you to the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District School Board for inviting Gigabyte to give a presentation on FIRST and their experience at the FTC Canadian Rockies Premier Event at last night's school board meeting.

They had an amazing trip to Canada and were excited to share what they learned with others to help make FIRST loud! 🤖
