It is simultaneously exciting and bittersweet to finally announce that I will be moving to the East coast to pursue opportunities as a dressage rider!
The facility in the butte has transferred ownership to a lovely and kind family that I'm sure will do it justice as it continues on as a boarding barn.

We will be hosting a going away / meet & greet party here this Saturday at noon. Current clients only noon-1, open to the public at 1pm. There will be pizza and beverages and hugs!

I have already planned my first trip back here to teach. There is clinic availability Friday April 25. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or to book a clinic ride.

A heartfelt thank you to all for your support. It's been a great ride!

Due to unforseen circumstances, Matanuska Dressage Society is no longer able to host additional dressage shows this year. Thank you to everyone who supported it. We are working on refunding memberships soon.

As I pulled down the drive towards Summit Equestrian, I felt as though I was moving through Narnia. The ice-coated trees sparkled in the rising sunlight, just sneaking out behind the mountain looming over me.

I got to spend my morning riding 3 fabulous, fun, and safe upper level horses that have all been with me since they were going training level. It is so rewarding to see how consistent dressage training shapes and improves the natural qualities of the horse. Thank you to the owners of these beautiful horses for being with me through the years so that we can see the hard work pay off together!❤️

Apollo's person has left the state to attend college, so he is now looking for a new best friend!
Tall dark and handsome with the personality of a golden retriever puppy, Apollo is number one in our hearts, and a number one home is a must for the special guy. So, flexibility will be offered to someone who will keep him here at Summit Equestrian so we don't have to love him from afar.
