Legendary Times 🙌🏽 Legendary Places📍

Spent the week on two legendary campuses surrounded by sports legends from all across Indian Country. The 2nd Annual Native Student Athlete Summit did not disappoint.

It was an absolute honor and privilege to be in the same room with the next generation of elite Native athletes and to reconnect with a few of my sports heroes from previous generations. The week was full of joy, happiness, gratitude, leadership, family, and so much more.

HUGE shoutout to the Indigenous Athletics Advancement Council for the work they continue to do to create spaces for Natives in college athletics to come together and build community.

So many full circle ⭕️ moments happening this week. Forever grateful for the opportunity to be involved.

Super proud of our baby boy for making the all star team this year. I try not to flood our page with too much family stuff. But we’re all about celebrating the next generation of Native athletes. And quite frankly, there’s nothing I am more proud of than my kids. I would even say our content suffered a bit this year because I’m locked in on being a present father to our children.

Who knows where this thing goes…But, this kid can ball. He understands the meaning of the game and his purpose every time he takes the field. Fun to watch him compete with other high caliber players. On to the next one. Maybe it’s time for select summer lacrosse.
