We had an incredible time at the College of Saint Mary Elite Basketball Camp, helping athletes get stretched, loosened up and ready to move.

And what a treat to stretch WNBA legends Andrea Stinson and Reshea Bristol! 🏀

From rising athletes to women who’ve played the game at its highest level, great movement matters. 💪

We had such a great time this week at the City of Omaha Health Fair, introducing City employees to practitioner-assisted stretching.

Throughout the day, we gave complimentary stretches, talked about the benefits of incorporating stretching into a wellness routine, answered lots of questions, and helped several people schedule appointments to experience a full stretch at one of our Omaha studios.

One of our favorite things about events like this is watching someone experience practitioner-assisted stretching for the first time. You can explain it, but there’s nothing quite like feeling the difference for yourself!

A big thank you to the City of Omaha for inviting Stretch Zone to be part of the day. We loved meeting everyone who stopped by our table!
