💖Mikah’s favorite workout
Strength days are my fav! I especially like the Thursday workouts because each station gives you two different exercise options to choose from, so you can tailor the workout to what feels best that day and you’re almost guaranteed to like every movement during the class!

😅 Least favorite workout
Any type of cardio day workout that has long sets with minimal rest.

💪 Biggest non-scale victory
…finally starting to see more muscle definition in my legs after YEARS of working toward it. I’ve always been able to gain and maintain upper body muscle pretty easily, but my legs never seemed to respond the same way no matter what workouts or nutrition changes I tried. Seeing some progress now has felt very rewarding and motivating to keep working at it!

💙 Why did you join F45 and what’s been your journey so far?
… I was looking for something more challenging than the workouts I had been doing before. I’ve always enjoyed group fitness because it helps keep me accountable and consistent… if I’m left to work out completely on my own, there’s a good chance I’ll just skip it!

One of the things I love most about F45 is the on-screen demos mixed with the guidance from the coaches who are always happy to help with form, modifications, or encouraging you to advance different movements. The variety makes every workout feel fresh, while still remaining structured enough to keep building your strength and progressing over time. I always leave class feeling accomplished and glad I showed up!

💙 Why did you join F45 and what’s been your journey thus far?
“I love HIIT style workouts, but I specifically love F45 HIIT workouts, because it’s so customizable. No matter what the workout of the day is, you can make it as difficult or easy as you want. Lift heavy or light, go fast or slow. It’s up to you and how your body is feeling!”

💙 Why did you join F45 and what’s been your journey thus far?
“After I graduated college, I was looking for a gym that offered strength/cardio classes at a time early enough in the day that would still allow me to work out, get ready for the day and get to the office by 8am. It’s been almost a year and a half since I began my F45 journey and I’ve never felt better! Getting up at 4:30am for a workout isn’t so bad!”

Congrats to Rachael H. our January ATHLETE OF THE MONTH!!! 🏆

💖 What is your favorite workout?
A year ago, I would have said any cardio workout is my favorite, but over the last year, I’ve really come to love resistance training. I feel so much stronger after each class.

😅 Least favorite workout?
My least favorite workout is any of them that have a race track style around the room with multiple laps through the race track. I much prefer completing a workout and not returning to it later!

🏃‍♀️ Favorite movement or exercise?
The rowing machine is probably my favorite equipment. I can’t pick a favorite movement.

🚫 Least favorite movement or exercise?
The ropes or pushing/pulling the sled!

💪 Biggest win or non-scale victory?
There are many are so many non-scale victories, but one of my favorites is when my four year old daughter told me she wants to grow up and be strong like me!

💙 Why did you join F45 and what’s your journey been like thus far?
About 2 years ago, I constantly felt sluggish, and I couldn’t keep up with my daughters (2 and 6, at the time). I also just booked a trip to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. I knew I needed to make some changes to lead a healthier life. I had joined a regular gym the year prior, but it was hard to find the motivation to go when I was working out alone without guidance. Then one day, I just happened to drive right by an F45. The gym had a free week-long trial, so I signed up, and loved
it! I found the classes to be engaging, fast paced, and fun; and the coaches are incredibly supportive. I’ve been going to classes ever since!
