Jen and Heather were two of our very first members.

They had NEVER done CrossFit before.

Were they nervous? Yes. Scared? Yes. Know what they were doing? No.

A coach and a community had their back— every new movement, challenge, grueling workout, they were never alone.

We are so proud of them for taking that first step nearly 2 years ago. But even more proud for how they have shown up since then— their consistency and hard work is inspiring. 💫

The people who see the best results usually aren’t the ones going all-in for a few weeks. They’re the ones showing up consistently.

Three workouts a week, week after week, month after month, will take you a lot further than going five days one week and then disappearing for the next two.

Fitness isn’t built in a single workout. It’s built through hundreds of small decisions to keep showing up, even when you’re busy, tired, or not feeling 100%. Stay consistent. Trust the process. The results will come.
