Tamara Descoryphees, founder of Beloved Feminine, is a mentor, facilitator, and yoga teacher. Drawing from decades of devotion—spanning Lakota ceremony, Bhakti kirtan, Mary Magdalene teachings, dance, yoga, and Pilates—she creates transformational spaces for women to reconnect to their soul. Her work blends spiritual wisdom with deep embodiment through offerings like The High Priestess Journey, Mystics Yoga, and personalized Vision Quests. A mother, grandmother, and passionate traveler, she divides her time between her home on Maui, the mountains in Utah, and the New Hampshire seacoast.

You’ve probably caught Kaylee subbing a class, flowing beside you on the mat, or filling the room with her bright spirit and grounded presence. Now you can catch her every Tuesday at 4:30PM for Empower Flow ✨

Kaylee brings authenticity, joy, playfulness, deep reverence for the roots of yoga, and genuine care for every human she encounters into each class she teaches. She has a way of making people feel both deeply loved and gently called into their highest selves.

We’re opening our doors for three distinct gatherings designed to help you lean into community, ancestral wisdom, and deep restoration.

Here’s the lineup:

🌿 Womb Room | Sat, May 16 @ 1PM
—A space for sisterhood and cyclic living. We’re diving into organic movement, journaling, and Reiki with Karina Rodriguez. If you need to hit the reset button and reconnect with your flow, this is for you.

🦬 The Fella’ship | Sat, May 16 @ 4PM
—Men’s gathering led by Sagewolf. “The Medicine of Brotherhood” is all about real connection and community. No fluff, just a solid space for the guys to show up and be heard.

⭕ Sacred Circle: The Four Medicines | Sun, May 17 @ 2PM
— We’re closing the weekend with indigenous teachings and the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel. Led by Karina, this circle includes a medicine smudge, meditation, and collective sharing.

Our 🌿GUIDED AYURVEDIC SPRING CLEANSE🌿 begins with a kickoff gathering Saturday afternoon. This is a grounded, nourishing reset for your body, digestion, and mind. Real support. Daily structure. Community accountability. And no starving required! Join in person or remotely.
