Some takedown reviews and corrections for the youth by coaches Ryan Keenan and Luis Salazar only at the 6levels

Takedowns are a very important part of the Self-defense curriculum. Getting a fight to the ground where things are safer and more manageable is a very important part of the process.

A self-defense situation will almost always start on the feet and either with A) Strikes B) Clinching up C) Takedown

You don’t have to love everything that gets taught, but you do have to understand it so that you can be a well-rounded Self-defense practitioner.
