There have been a few changes to the schedule since the big move. The noon classes are now 12:30-1:30pm. Two MMA classes were also added on for Friday at 6pm and Sunday at 11am. Stop by and check them out. More info to come shortly on the MMA classes. Check them out and bring a friend.

The new Hands Up Boxing is officially opening tomorrow (Monday, June 15th). We still have some work to do, but we're about 80% there. The new address is 546 West Ave. Plenty of free parking on side street. Tomorrow we have a noon class, 6pm, and 7pm class. Stop by and bring a friend. First class is free. Kids classes, adult classes, women classes, and soon to be MMA classes. Something for everyone. I'll ll be there all day so stop by and have a look, or a punch. 🥊
