Sometimes the best part of getting to the gym isnโ€™t the workout, itโ€™s ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜บ turning the volume down ๐Ÿ”‡

For an hour, you donโ€™t have to answer every message, solve every problem, or think ten steps ahead. You just get to move, breathe, and focus on whatโ€™s in front of you.

The noise might still be waiting when youโ€™re done. But youโ€™ll be a little more ready for it!
