Goals 2026: Setting Realistic Goals Through Seasons of Life

June 13th, 2026 | 11-1PM.

Learn from a brief presentation about goal setting for the long term. Then, work 1-1 with a coach and in groups in our goal setting workshop to make a plan for the year and quarter ahead!

Strong Kids | 2026 Summer Sessions!

Session 1: June 18th- July 11th
Session 2: July 23rd - August 15th

Recommended for ages 8+
-No Parent/Guardian Required
-5:1 Student to Coach Ratio
-45-60 Minute classes focused on beginner barbell skills, structured, progressive training, cardiorespiratory fitness, games, etc.
-Classes will include a warm up, workout, and either a cardio or game activity to finish the session
-Equipment will include but not limited to: Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, machines, etc.
-Great for students who want to learn more about the gym and who may have felt intimidated by a gym environment.
-A great addition to an offseason from sports or school activities
-Coaching and instruction every step of the way!

Thursday Nights:
Coach Lauren 6-7PM

Saturday Mornings:
Coach Jacob 9-10AM
