Ally Foley is dedicated with a passion for working with children and serving her community. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and now shares her love for the sport as a coach at Kentucky Epic Gymnastics, where she helps young athletes build confidence, discipline, and skills.

Ally is a freshman at Eastern Kentucky University, where she plans to study Communication Sciences and Disorders with the goal of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. In addition to coaching, Ally is CPR and AED certified and enjoys volunteering, mentoring youth, and making a positive impact in her community through service and leadership.

We LOVE having Coach Ally at Epic!

At Kentucky Epic Gymnastics, we love giving our gymnasts a little “homework”... specific drills and skills they can safely practice at home to help build strength, confidence, and consistency. And of course… hard work deserves rewards! ⭐️
