Coach Britt Update 💙

We wanted to share an update from Coach Britt with our Lady Rebel family and the community.

After additional testing, Coach Britt’s diagnosis has been updated from stomach cancer to lymphoma.

While this has changed the treatment plan, he remains in great spirits and is focused on the road ahead.

Coach Britt has completed his first round of chemotherapy, and we’re happy to share this update from him:

“I have finished my first round of chemo. Everything went well, and I will be in Cleveland for three weeks until the second round of chemo. I’m feeling good and eager to get back to Lady Rebel Basketball. Thank you so much for all the prayers. Keep them coming, and thank you for all the support. I would also like to send a huge thank you to Rockcastle County and East Jessamine girls basketball programs for their donation and prayers.”

We are incredibly grateful for the love, prayers, encouragement, and support that have surrounded Coach Britt and his family. It truly means more than words can express.

Please continue to keep Coach Britt in your thoughts and prayers as he continues his treatment. We can’t wait to have him back where he belongs, with his Lady Rebels.
