Our culture has straight up sabotaged our food source.
Not only is eating processed food the ๐ฟ.. but itโs designed to get you hooked! Itโs formulated to make you fail!
They literally pump bad crap in there and take away all the nutrients that communicate with your brain to tell you when youโre full!!

Did you know marketing can do pretty much whatever they want to get you to think a product has some sort of health benefit?
Even though, most of the time, that โhealthyโ food is still processed and still has little nutritional value.
Crazy right?!
