Lay ZJ Ranch We are a ranch with a goals to raise top quality Quarter Horses, Paint Horses, and Austrailian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers).

We also offer colt starting, and seasonal tune ups!

We will be honoring the 250years of our country, as well as the year of the horse, this coming Sunday June 7 at our Horse Show! First 50 people to register will receive a gift. Show starts at 1:00/registration starting at noon. Hope to see everyone there!!🐴🇺🇸

At Lay ZJ Ranch, located in Newton, Illinois, we are dedicated to providing quality care for every animal that comes through our gates. Our passion is producing well-rounded AQHA and APHA horses with strong minds, solid foundations, and dependable bloodlines. Alongside our horse program, we proudly raise Blue Heelers known for their intelligence, loyalty, and work ethic.

We also offer outside horse training tailored to each horse’s individual needs, whether it’s c**t starting, tune-ups, groundwork, or improving overall performance and confidence. In addition, Lay ZJ Ranch provides dependable dog boarding in a safe, caring environment where your pets are treated like family.
