🏀That’s a wrap! We have officially reached the conclusion of our Future Lady Eagles basketball sessions. These last four weeks were not just about the scoreboards; it was about watching these girls grow, learn and practice skills, have a little friendly competition, and hopefully fall in love with the game.

Our Incredible Volunteers who helped coach: Krista, Stephanie, and Stefani. We could not have done this without you. Your time, energy, and patience, thank you! This program thrives because of your commitment to mentoring these young athletes.

Our Incredible Young Volunteers who helped demonstrate or run the scoreboard: Baily, Kyle, Grant, Eli, Tate, Katie, and Nicole. Your assistance was much appreciated, it takes a village and we appreciate you. Keep up your love of the game and practicing your own skills as well!

To Mrs. Probst and NCHS: Thank you for allowing us to use your facilities and having things ready for us. We hope getting these girls into your gym ignites their passion to someday be a Lady Eagle.

The Parents: Thank you for signing your child(ren) up and bringing them in the middle of your busy weekends. Continue to be your child(ren) biggest fan. Your support makes all the difference!

The Players: You showed up, worked hard, and played with so much heart. Seeing you progress from day one to the final buzzer is the reason we do this. Ladies, you played with such intensity and sportsmanship—way to represent as Future Lady Eagles!

Keep the Ball Bouncing!

While the season is over, your journey is just beginning. We hope every player walked away having learned a new skill, made a new friend, and discovered a deeper passion for basketball.

Don't stop now! Keep practicing those layups, working on your ball handling (both hands), work on defense (hands up), and —most importantly—keep loving the game.

Attached are the teams and schedule for Future Lady Eagles Basketball League.

Right now the plan is to hand out uniforms before your child's first game. If something changes we will send out an update. Also, these uniforms and shorts can run a little big so keep in mind it might be beneficial for them to wear a t-shirt or tank top underneath and wear shorts they are comfortable in just in case.

Just a few reminders:
🏀 All sessions will be held at NCHS gym please enter through the Jr. High Main Gym Entrance
🏀 Parents/Guardians/Family/Friends are more than welcome to stay, but we ask that they sit in the upper level stands.
🏀 The time listed on the schedule is the time fundamentals start (30 minutes long).
🏀 Games will start 5 minutes after fundamentals end
🏀K-2nd will be two 12 minute halves with a running clock
🏀3rd-6th will be two 15 minute halves with a running clock
🏀 Team listed first on the schedule will be the home team and wear white.
🏀 Note all dates are Saturday EXCEPT the 2nd week is SUNDAY March 15
🏀Single elimination tournament will be Saturday March 28th. There will be no fundamentals this day games only.

Each game day, teams will meet for a 30-minute practice before the start of their game.

Listed start times will be posted on our page and will be the start of the before game practice.

Teams will play two 20-minute halves with a running clock. (K-2nd will be two 12 minute halves)

Digital Form, Wavier, and Money must be returned to participate.

Registration deadline to sign up is February 3rd.
