Today kicks off Cycle 4 at D1 Gainesville, and we're ready to put in the work. 👊

This week is also Testing Week, which means every athlete and adult is establishing a baseline to measure progress over the next 9 weeks.

📈 Returning athletes: It's time to see how far you've come.

Throughout this cycle, our scholastic athletes will focus on building explosive power, speed, and athletic performance, while our adults will take on a high-energy phase designed to improve endurance, conditioning, and overall fitness.

Congratulations to Jacob Bromirski, our May Character Athlete of the Month!

Working one-on-one with Coach Luke, Jacob has committed himself to getting stronger, more explosive, and more confident on the basketball court. The result? More than 3 inches added to his vertical jump in just six weeks.

For a basketball player, every inch matters. More lift. More dunks. More rebounds. More confidence attacking the rim.

Our character word for May was Confidence, and Jacob is proof that confidence is built through preparation, consistency, and hard work.

School’s almost out… which means summer training decisions need to happen NOW 👀☀️

As Tim Tebow says—if he had D1 when he was 10 or 11 years old, his parents wouldn’t have been able to drag him out. 💪
