Our Team BIM 2026 Summer Camp was a great success!! These kids showed up and showed out all week long! A huge thank you to all of our participants and their parents for seeing the benefits of fitness camp and joining us.

Today we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend or the beginning of summer — it is a time to honor sacrifice, courage, and the enduring spirit of those who stood for something greater than themselves.

We remember the soldiers who never made it home, the families who carry their memory every day, and the freedoms preserved through their sacrifice. Their names may fade from headlines, but their legacy lives on in every flag raised, every quiet moment of gratitude, and every freedom we enjoy.

May we never take for granted the price that was paid for our nation. Today, we honor the fallen, we remember their service, and we carry forward their memory with respect and gratitude.

Success Story 💪🏽✨

Progress is about so much more than just the number on the scale!

Since starting her nutrition plan on March 16", Megan's client has gone from 161lbs to 156lbs — a 5 Ib loss in just 7 weeks!

While the scale may not seem like a dramatic change to some, the REAL transformation is happening in her body composition and measurements.

⬇️ 2.5 inches off her bust
⬇️ 3 inches off her waist
⬇️ 2 inches off her hips
⬇️ 3 inches off her thighs
