The XForce Body Fat Breakthrough is the program that launched the best selling book "The Body Fat Breakthrough" by Ellington Darden,PhD. Currently the program is unique and exclusive to Gainesville Health and Fitness. The XForce Body Fat Breakthrough Program will lead you, almost automatically, to a lifetime of muscular strength, body leanness, and vibrant health. It will also save you a lot of
time because you will be doing only two 30 minute sessions per week on the XForce machines. You will receive a very structured low calorie diet plan to follow during the program. It's designed for convenience and time efficiency and follows a 50-25-25 carb-fat-protein plan. You will train on Mon/Thurs or Tues/Friday for 30 minutes each session and will select from early morning, midday, and evening time slots. There will be an orientation meeting on Sunday evening before the program begins and one other group meeting during the program for education. In addition, each participant is required to have before and after photos and body measurements the week before the program begins and after the 6th week. This allows us to more accurately document your progress and results.
