Fusion Exercise and Professional Dance Coaching are the two elements to my personal training business:
(1) Fusion Exercise is an in-home personal training program which combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and massage into an incredible, energizing 1-hour workout specifically tailored to your unique needs. weight loss, injury prevention, strength training, toning, stretching, prenatal, postnatal, cancer
fighter/survivor, knee replacement, arthritis, etc.). (2) Professional Dance Coaching is a program specifically designed for female dancers who are interested in pursuing a professional dance career in New York City. I had a 17-year professional dance career and worked consistently in Los Angeles and New York City in film, commercials, TV, and stage, including 3 years as a LA Laker Girl, 12 years as a Rockette, live shows for Disney, MTV Awards shows, Academy Awards, and many more. I work one-on-one with each dancer to cover every aspect of the business: from conquering difficult auditions for the Rockettes to what to wear to auditions for Beyonce to what to eat to achieve a dancer's physique to how to write your resume and make it look professional. My success record speaks for itself. I have dancers working all around the world on cruise ships, in Broadway shows, on tour, at Radio City, on NBA Dance Teams, in Cirque shows, and much more.
