What is Small Group Personal Training at Route 250??

Our six person capped classes, in a private, updated training room WITH a trainer, allow you to transform yourself with confidence and guidance while forming a community to support you. Through strength based programming there is a place for beginners-> advanced clients.

We offer two & three day a week packages that feel like you’re getting them for a steal. Not only are you getting trainer lead hour sessions.. in a private room, your membership also includes 24/7 access to the 40,000sq ft of gym full of equipment to keep you strong and moving. Wait though, it also includes CHILDCARE!!

We aren’t here to drain your pockets and leave you wondering what to do outside of classes! We are here to help you become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself…in and out of classes!!

Our dedicated trainers are on a mission to help you find your best self! Mind, body and soul!!!

Nobody walks through that door feeling ready.

Not me. Not the person next to you who looks like they know what they're doing. Not the guy who's been coming for three years.

First day I showed up to train like this, I sat in the car for 20 minutes. Told myself I'd come back when I was in better shape. When I knew more. When the timing was right.

That day almost never came.

I've watched people do the same thing. Pull up, drive away. Some of them came back six months later. Some never did.

The ones who walked in anyway — not ready, not confident, not sure what they were getting into — those are the ones who changed.

Fear doesn't go away before you start. It goes away after.
