You're the chauffeur, the chef, the teacher, the planner, the problem-solver, and so much more. Day after day, you pour your time and energy into caring for everyone around you.
As summer break begins, we want to encourage you to carve out some time for yourself.
Regular exercise doesn't just improve your physical health—it boosts your energy, reduces stress, improves your mood, and helps you show up as the best version of yourself for the people who depend on you most.
