🔥 Meet Matt – Strength & Conditioning Coach at Muskogee Fit 🔥
We're excited to introduce Matt to the Muskogee Fit team!

Matt brings over 30 years of gym experience, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and has spent the last 13 years working as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) helping people move better, recover from injuries, and improve their quality of life.
When he's not helping others reach their goals, you'll find him: 🏋️ Competing in powerlifting and strongman events 🏆 Holding state and national powerlifting records 🥾 Backpacking and exploring the outdoors ⛺ Living life through adventure and fitness

Matt's passion is helping people become stronger, healthier, and more capable so they can fully enjoy life both inside and outside the gym.
