The MURPH is more than just a workout. It is a way to honor LT Michael Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Like any SETS workout, everything can be scaled and modified. Something is always better than nothing!

Waves will be every 30 minutes from 6:30–9:30AM with limited spots per wave.
