Jennifer here, and I have to take a minute and brag on this team!๐Ÿ’— (And our community!)

They have gone above and beyond the past few months despite undergoing some pretty challenging circumstances. They continue to pour in, encourage, and support each other and our riders.

The term "community" in the fitness world has become a phrase that gets tossed around a lot and can easily get watered down. Our studio is no stranger to hardships... I think that just makes us that much stronger. Our members that come in day in and day out, sharing theirs stories and pushing through their own obstacles are pretty remarkable and are exactly why we do what we do.

We're here to take those difficult steps with you. To sweat it out, laugh, dance, and even sometimes cry. (Believe me, we've been there!)

So, if you haven't had a chance to meet our team, let me introduce them to you!
