I get asked all the time, “How are you a full-time teacher AND run a fitness studio?”
The answer is simple: this community. ❤️
Over the past 5½ years, Studio 104 has become so much more than a place to work out. I’m surrounded by incredible instructors who volunteer their time because they genuinely love fitness and want to share that passion with others. We have members who show up—even on the days they really don’t feel like it—because they know someone will be there waiting for them.
But I think the biggest piece of what makes Studio 104 special is the connection.
When I opened our doors in January 2021, right in the middle of COVID, I joked that we were going to be as much of a social community as a fitness studio. But truthfully, that was always a huge part of my vision. I wanted to create a place people wanted to come—not just because they wanted a good workout, but because they wanted to connect and spend time with people who encourage them to be their best.
Five and a half years later, I think it’s safe to say we did it.
Studio 104 is what it is because of the people who walk through our doors. Thank you for showing up, bringing your friends, supporting our instructors, talking about us, and helping us build such a positive reputation in our community.
And we still need you! Keep showing up. Keep inviting your friends. Keep spreading the word. You are the reason Studio 104 continues to thrive.
And a huge thank you to everyone who came to our End of Summer Barre Party! I absolutely loved seeing so many of you stay afterward, hang out, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company.
That right there is what Studio 104 is all about. ❤️
