Hi! I’m Amber Moore, owner of KiddoSwim and a Certified ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) Instructor. As I approach my fifth full year as a Certified ISR Instructor, I couldn’t be more grateful to do what I love every single day.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, my husband Zach and I have called Middle Tennessee home since 2016. We’re raising our son, Max, and recently planted roots in Mount Juliet, where KiddoSwim is entering an exciting new chapter...
…the opening of KiddoSwim’s private, heated indoor pool, located in Mount Juliet and dedicated exclusively to ISR lessons. Having a year-round facility designed specifically for teaching will allow me to continue serving families in Wilson County in a safe, consistent, and welcoming environment.
In addition to being a Certified ISR Instructor, I’m also a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. My medical background, combined with a lifetime spent in and around the water as both a competitive swimmer and swim coach, gives me a unique perspective on helping children gain confidence, independence, and life-saving skills.
In July 2026, water safety became even more personal when I lost my older brother to a hypoxic underwater blackout. Drowning prevention has always been at the heart of my work, but losing someone I deeply love to a water-related tragedy has only strengthened my commitment to this mission. I hope to continue using KiddoSwim as a platform not only to teach life-saving skills, but also to educate families, spread awareness, and advocate for safer practices in and around the water.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching hundreds of children throughout Wilson and Davidson Counties the skills they need to survive an aquatic accident.
