🔥 BORN FOR THIS. BUILT FOR THIS. COACH MET. 🔥

Today was one of those training days that reminds me exactly what GOD§ONS is all about.

One of Coach Met’s newest young sirs had an AMAZING session today, and you could literally watch the confidence growing right along with the footwork. ❤️

Because this has never been just about getting faster, stronger, or more athletic.

It’s about making a difference in the whole person.

Building confidence.
Teaching discipline.
Helping them discover what’s already inside of them.

Footwork for the Soul.
Find Your Rhythm.

At 51 years young, Coach Met is doing what I truly believe he was born to do.

He’s a husband.
A dad of six.
A Mega Met granddad of six.
An uncle.
A son.
A brother.
A mentor.
And a COACH.

One minute he’s training a 5 year old. The next he’s pouring into an 11 year old. And then there’s the incredible privilege of watching everything come full circle through his son Merrick, from years of training to representing Team USA and playing professional volleyball.

Different ages. Different levels. Same heart.

See them. Teach them. Build them. Believe in them.

Here’s just a little glimpse of what Coach Met does and why I love watching him walk in his purpose.

I love this man, and I am SO proud to be his wife. ❤️

I cannot wait to see what God does with this next chapter.

🔥 Comfort can become one of the biggest enemies of your calling.

One thing I’ve learned is this…

The enemy doesn’t always try to destroy you. Sometimes he just wants you comfortable enough that you stop growing.

Comfort can quietly turn into complacency.

In the gym, if you stop pushing yourself, you stop getting stronger.

In life, if you stop growing, you stop reaching your potential.

And spiritually, if you get too comfortable, your passion for Jesus can begin to cool.

Jesus never called us to live a lukewarm life. He called us to deny ourselves, pick up our cross daily, and follow Him.

Serving God isn’t supposed to fit into our schedule when it’s convenient. It should be the priority that shapes our schedule.

Don’t get so comfortable that prayer becomes optional.

Don’t get so busy that God’s Word collects dust.

Don’t chase success so hard that you lose sight of the One who gave you the ability to succeed.

The world celebrates busy.

God celebrates faithful.

Today, ask yourself:

🔥 Am I growing or just getting comfortable❓

🔥 Is my schedule centered around Jesus, or am I trying to squeeze Him into the leftover time❓

Let’s stay hungry.

Let’s stay disciplined.

Let’s stay humble.

Let’s stay on fire for the Kingdom.

Soaked in Psalms. 📖💪
Strong in the gym. Stronger in the Spirit.

Coach Met doesn’t just coach fitness—he walks hand in hand with Jesus, serving Him even when the world doesn’t understand.

And yes… he even rocks karaoke at The Praise Place! 🎤🙌
