Join me for 30 Days The Little Way At Home Challenge—a faith THEN food and fitness challenge that you get to do at your convenience at home!

While the rest of the world is getting big and noisy about the ways of health and fitness, you are invited to spend 30 days following Jesus in the humble “little” way that leads to abundant life.

For 30 days, you’ll make small shifts that will have a significant impact on living healthy, whole, and free!

This challenge will come with 5 (45 minute) at home workouts created by me as well as devotional content, podcasts, recipes, and menus created by Revelation Wellness.

You will have access to my personal app that will have a " To Do" list created for you each day to hold you accountable as well as a support group!

This means they were able to CRUNCH FOR LUNCH. They aren’t waiting for 2023 to decide to be healthy. The time is now. Even if it is on their lunch break.

How it works ⬇️

Step 1: Shoot me a ✉️! Let me know your interested.

Step 2: I’ll send you a google form to fill out with all the options you can choose from.

👉 Option 1: General workouts upon my choosing. You will be set up with 6-8 different workouts that you can choose from during your 4 week plan. All workouts will involve demo videos.

👉Option 2: I will customize your workout to your specific needs! Bad knees? I got you. Pregnant? I got you. Just had baby? I got you. Did you know there are certain types of core movements you should avoid after having a baby?

👉Option 3: You can add on accountability, weekly checkins, & nutritional guidance.
I will set your calorie & macro goals for you. You will upload beginning & after photos, we can set goals & habits to get you into a routine. The goal is to get you healthy and to keep you healthy. This should end up being a lifestyle. Your nutritional guidelines will also have breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner recipes that are yummy and the whole family can enjoy.

So as of right now I offer group fitness classes, online training, and mobile personal training! I COME TO YOU.

Personal Trainer ⬇️

The job of a personal trainer is to help you achieve your fitness goals as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible.

They can customize a workout program based on your goals, workout preferences, mobility and fitness levels, and exercise experience.

Then, they’ll adjust that program as you progress to make sure you don’t hit plateaus. But it’s not only about the workouts. A personal trainer can give you general nutrition advice. As in, how food impacts the body. What foods will support weight loss or muscle gain efforts/calorie management/supplement suggestions and health lifestyle choices.

A good trainer will also motivate you and make exercising enjoyable.

Who would love to have a personal trainer come to the comfort of your own home with a workout designed completely for you?

Most find great challenge in managing their nutrition as well as their fitness due to work, family obligations, etc. As a mobile personal trainer, I can meet clients at their point of need, in the comfort of their home, office, online, or in the great outdoors to provide specialized fitness and nutritional guidance. I want to help get you on the road to healthier and easier lifestyle. My goal is to build healthier habits for life.
What Is Personal Training?
I will create fun and varied sessions including everything from gym work, to bootcamp fun, dependent on what you enjoy and what your goals are.
I will manage your program (including diet), monitor your techniques, progress, and motivate you to give 100% in every workout.
I will provide a totally safe and supported training environment, personalized to your goals.
As your mobile personal trainer, I will bring all the equipment you need for the session, slam ball, steps, free weights, bands and much more!

Why does it seem like the scale begins to creep up on us as we enter our 30's? What factors contribute to this?

* The decline in skeletal muscle mass. You may have heard me in class a few times saying " The higher the muscle mass, the more calories you burn throughout the day " which is true but as we age it is said we lose 3 to 8 percent every 10 years. Strength training and being consistent is very important as we enter our 30's.

* The decline in reproductive hormone levels.

* Changes in physical activity. It's no secret that as we get older we get more responsibilities. Busy schedules filled with work and family obligations are first in our lives which makes finding time to workout even harder.

* Does your resting metabolic rate slow down? According to the study, infants before the age of 1 seem to have a metabolic rate 50 percent faster than adults when adjusted for body size and decreases until the age of 20 and stays about the same until 60. Seems that weight gain is contributed behavioral factors such as diet and exercise habits.

How can we put the scale on hold in our 30's?

Having a healthy balanced diet, getting enough physical activity, and ensuring good sleep will help to mitigate middle-aged weight gain.
