SWEAT is a 1-hour workout that will have you smiling while you sweat! But you will be expected to do your best! At SWEAT we use kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, sliders, ab rollouts, jump ropes and body weight. But most of a

ll - we make working out FUN!! SWEAT is a fitness routine that promotes structure, variety & accountability. SWEAT Strength and Conditioning is a powerbuilding program- you will perform compound lifts for strength! Mix up the accessory lifts for hypertrophy/muscle building! You’ll have a program and accountability- all you have to do is SHOW UP! Why do I do what I do? Because I LOVE helping people see what they are capable of; I LOVE pushing people to their maximum; I LOVE providing a great workout to help my clients achieve success and a sense of pride! I was encouraged by one of the most beautiful and compassionate humans I know and look up to, to write about my experience and I’m so grateful I did. Thank you Scott O'leary I dont know If you truly understand the Impact you have on others, but today you truly liberated me.

The finish line was definitely a death of a former self of me. I knew I would be challenged physically, but had no idea what that trail had for me on a mental level.

She’s not just a dog, she’s my EVERYTHING 🩷💜

We crushed our 5th half marathon together today! PR of 1:39!!!!!! She’s my ESA 🐶 for a reason; I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to capture into words the bond we have and the healing she’s helped me with, but every day I will remind her how grateful I am for my little buddy 🥹
