Top Gun Strength

Top Gun Strength We believe that giving 100% whatever age, fitness level or gender will result in learning new skills, & challenges, which result in greater fitness gains.

We use a combination of life-functional movements, HIIT, cardio, skills, strength & conditioning, & barbell lifting technique that can be modified to any fitness level no matter where you start. Our programming, combined with a supportive community of diverse members help everyone to become the stronger, healthier version of themselves.

Steve and I created this community of strangers 14 years ago. I'm still in touch with former members living in different parts of the world now. Former members have forged life-bonds inside the walls of our gym. We supported each other & strangers. We’ve donated thousands of dollars to local groups, orgs, & specific neighborhood needs. Our community has done a lot of good. We’re so proud of Top Gun Strength & Top Gun Crossfit. Thank you all for being a part of it. ❤️❤️

to 2011/2012 < our 1st spot right after starting out in our garage. The ol’ days when we had a garage door & showers at our gym. We also did a lot of fun things outside of the gym- we had a Top Gun Crossfit team for touch football & kickball. We excelled much better with lifting weights! 🤪. Also, one year we had a group that did the Polar Plunge. Only once. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
