Member of the Month: Susie!
When Susie first joined Studio ME, “beyond just losing weight, I was really looking to overcome my mid-life sluggish feelings”
She simply wanted to feel like herself again.
Like many people, she worried she might not know what she was doing. Learning the equipment felt intimidating, and getting started felt like the hardest part. But instead of focusing on the end result, she focused on something much simpler: showing up.
One early morning workout at a time, Susie built a routine, gained confidence, found an incredible community, and started saying yes to things she never would have considered before.
Recently, after leaving her employer of 28 years, she packed up and took a solo road trip through 8 states, exploring national parks, tackling challenging hikes, and embracing a new adventure.
Her favorite way to describe the future?
“Bring it on.”
Susie reminds us that fitness isn’t about turning back the clock. It’s about having the strength, confidence, and energy to fully enjoy whatever comes next.
