Morning movement, songs, stories, and silliness. This session runs through September 4th. Registration can be done through Minneapolis Parks and Recreation, or just come check it out! Make a whole morning of it - start the day playing on their new, accessible playground, roll out a mat with me, and then cool off in the wading pool. (Sarah Jane’s Bakery, The Coffee Shop NE, and Hazel’s are all walking distance 😋)

But with the price of nearly everything else going up, it’s time for me to raise my rates, as well.

As of January 1st, 2026 prices will be as follows:
60 min ~ $85
90 min ~ $125
120 min ~ $150
6 hour Mad for Massage Package ~ $450

*Please note that if you are already a package holder and choose to purchase another once you’ve used up your 6 hours, I will honor the $400 price point at that time.
