🌟Take a break from your usual routine and dive into a week filled with dance! Join us for this morning's inspiring workshop led by Erin Landers. ✨

✨Workshop Details✨

Where: Hennepin Center for the Arts, Studio 4A (fourth floor)
Cost: $17

In this workshop, we will be diving into phrasework from Erin Landers' piece created for Block Z this spring. We will use suspension, release, and different points of initiation, and clear directions in space to manage our relationship to gravity within a specific rhythmic structure. We will warm up and prepare the body through a series of center exercises designed with the alignments, movements, and qualitative demands of this phrase work in mind.

Today, our hearts feel the weight of sorrow and know the challenges we're facing together are incredibly difficult to navigate.
