💥 Is your overhead feeling slow, weak, or inconsistent?
Head Pro Steven’s secret to a more powerful overhead: PRONATION!
Pronation is the natural rotation of your forearm through contact that helps generate more speed, power, and control on your overheads. It may feel awkward at first, but with practice, it can completely transform your shot.
🔥 Steven’s 1-Hour Overhead Improvement Routine:
⏱️ 10 min: Warm-up
⏱️ 10 min: Wrist snaps
⏱️ 15 min: Pronation drills — focus on getting comfortable with the motion
⏱️ 10 min: Full overhead swings — swing all the way through
⏱️ 10 min: Volley + overhead combo drills with a partner feeding balls
⏱️ 5 min: Skinny singles with an emphasis on overheads (feed extra overheads as needed)
