Classes begin at 5:30 a.m. for those who practice before work and we hold classes 7 days per week. Hot Yoga Milwaukee offers Bikram-inspired hot yoga classes as well as Vinyasa Flow classes. Whether you’re looking for Bikram or Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga Milwaukee has something for everyone.
