Looking for the ultimate after-school edge? Whether they are looking to dominate on the field or just want a fun way to stay active, our After School CrossFit T(w)eens class is designed to build strength, power, and speed for life.

We focus on functional movement skills that help athletes level up their sport and help every kid build confidence in the gym.

The 2026 CrossFit Open is a wrap and we had so much fun throwing down and testing our fitness with everyone!

If you’ve never done the Open, here’s what it feels like:

You’re nervous going in

You’re suffering in the middle

And you’re really glad you did it when it’s over.

Every. Single. Time!

So proud of our people this year! And really glad came out to share 26.2 with us. Their community is awesome! Great people and great energy!

You don't have to knock it out of the park every workout/day/week or even year... but showing up when you can and doing your best is the secret to achieving your goals in the long-term. Think about where you wanna be in 10, 20, 30 years... if you're on the right path, keep going!

Crossfit SanTan COACH SPOTLIGHT! 🙌🤩

Let's take a quick minute to give J A N A H A N C O C K some love!

She is one of our newest L1 certified coaches and is already killing it showing her knowledge in the sport. She's been doing crossfit for 3 and a 1/2 years and to no surprise her favorite WODs include throwing a heavy barbell around during Grace and DT!

A little more about Jana....
"I’ve always loved exercising and wanted to try CrossFit for the longest time but was really intimidated. A friend offered to bring me and in a moment of bravery I said yes 😆 The night before trying it out I went on google and read the reviews of CrossFit SanTan and felt a lot better. I read how great the community was and how the culture was encouraging instead of egocentric, and I’m grateful for how true the reviews were!"

•What do you love about crossfit?
"I love so much about it! The classes and having fun with great people, the variety of workouts and especially our great coaches that have taught me so much. I’ve loved learning new things and overcoming challenges I didn’t think I could physically and mentally."

•What made you decide to coach?
"I wanted to coach because I want to share the happiness CrossFit has brought my life (cheesy as that sounds). I’m excited to give back to our community and hope to help our members achieve their goals, whatever they may be!"

Jana is always rocking a determined mindset and never afraid to try something new and push her limits!🏋️‍

We are so grateful to have her part of the team and the next time you come to a morning class, make sure to say hi and tell her how amazing she is 😊

Okay but for real… if you’re looking for a new gym, we gotchu.

We lift heavy. We sweat a lot. We laugh even more.

We do NOT take ourselves too seriously, and you definitely don’t need to be “in shape” to walk through the door. No intimidation, no egos — just good people trying to get better.

If you’ve been creeping on us for a while… this is your sign. Come try a class. We promise we’re way more fun in person. 💪
