Over the past months, weโve refined our vision to better serve you. Our focus is delivering smarter, more effective training programs built around your needs, goals, and long-term health in our private training facility. (Our facility is not your typical box gym with chaos at the start of the new year. We pride ourselves on providing a higher-end experience.)
Our Small Group Personal Training is now offered every hour from 5am to 10am (M/T/Th/F), 5:30pm (M/T/Th) & 8am (Sat).
This systematic programming is designed to drive real progress and a higher level of fitness. This is our main focus because as you age (women around 35 and men around 40 yrs. old) you start to lose muscle, bone density, mobility, and more. This program continues throughout the month so you can see progress, increase confidence, and master form. Each month builds on the prior to maximize results.
To add variety and metabolic conditioning, we offer Total Body Burn on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, providing a full-body challenge that complements your training week.
We also offer yoga classes thoughtfully designed to support recovery, strength, and mobility.
This adds up to 39 sessions a week to train with purpose! ๐ช๐ป โฅ๏ธ
