A little reminder on rest times 💤⏱
A rest time is getting adequate enough rest/ recuperation between sets to maintain a high level of force production in your next set.
This means you will get JUST enough rest between the sets so you won't run out of breath, or perform poorly on your next set.
Rest time allows you to push
yourself hard with good form on the next
set.
A rest time is PRODUCTIVE TIME!
